Upon acceptance of your order the consignment will be shipped out from our facilities within 1-2 business day(s) and dispatched to its final destination. The products will be shipped in discreet packaging.

In the rare incidents that a consignment is detained by the customs, you will be usually sent a letter of notification for the reason thereof. Please refer to the section Refund Policy and F.A.Q. for what to do in this case.

EMS Speed Post

EMS Speed Post is our express delivery method that comes close to a courier service in speed and handling. The consignment will be delivered to your shipping address and a signature confirming receipt is required. It is possible to do online tracking for EMS for almost all major destination countries. Shipping usually only takes takes three to four business days, alltogether order processing takes less than 14 days for most countries.

Registered Airmail

The registered shipment method by first-class airmail guarantees traceability of the consignment. In case the order isn't delivered to you, we can search for the whereabouts. Delivery times are usually between two and four weeks. 28 days after shipping we can do tracking for an overdue consignment upon notification. Tracking takes considerable time because the handling is much different from that of EMS or a courier service.

Unregistered Airmail

The regular shipment method by first-class airmail is the most discreet way of shipping. For this method it is not required to sign a receipt for the postman or when picking it up at the post office. However, this shipment is NOT traceable and therefore it is not possible to search for a lost consignment. Delivery times are usually between two and four weeks.
