How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Once your order is accepted and payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business day(s). The time period from when you place your order to the moment we receive your payment is determined by the payment method. Usually credit card clearance takes only some minutes, payment by eCheck can take several days. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of shipment, postal service efficiency, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you estimates based on our former experience. Usually it takes about 20 days, sometimes up to 4 weeks.

How do I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately this is not possible for pending orders, since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received.

What is the maximum quantity I can order at one time?

The order quantity per consignment is limited to a three months supply for personal use. Usually we do not accept multiple orders of a product item for the same person within a short period of time.

Is it legal to purchase these products?

Importation of prescription medications for personal use is allowed in many countries, provided the medication is for personal use and is not a controlled substance. None of the medications offered by us are controlled substances. In the very unlikely event that a customer's shipment is detained, customs will notify the buyer that he/she must show a prescription or provide a case that the drugs ordered are medically necessary. Failure to respond is not an offense, and (in the case of non-response) the shipment usually will be returned to us and we will give you a refund if you send us a copy of the notification letter. That said, all buyers are responsible for abiding by their own country's import regulations.
