What payment methods do you offer?

We use gold currencies and credit cards for payment. Gold currencies like e-gold and Goldmoney can be purchased with virtually every national currency or payment gateway there is. As gold currencies are the most cost efficient and borderless payment system, we currently grant a discount of 5% on all orders for this payment method. In case of a refund situation we charge back the received weights of gold to the originating gold account. It is also possible to use credit cards like VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery card for instant online payments, simply follow the instructions on the order form.Please refer to our Payment Methods in the General Information section.

Do I need a credit card?

You do not need a credit card for payment if you pay with gold currencies.

What about security, do you get my credit card data?

We do not get and need your credit card data or other payment related private details when you place an order with us. The credit card details are entered on a secured page that is hosted on a web server of the credit card processing company. They will notify us about order details, your name and shipping address and if the transaction was successful or not, credit card details are not disclosed to us.

How do you charge back in case of a refund situation?

We will charge back the due amount to the originating gold currency or credit card bank account. Alternatively you may ask us for a free re-shipment of the order.
