How are products shipped?

We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion; in no case do we remove tablets from their original film strip. In some cases the tablets are shipped out in pharmaceutical grade ziplock pouches directly from the manufacturer. Our company name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points established in different countries to ensure highest probability of successful delivery.

How long does the shipment process take?

Once your order is dispatched, shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of shipment, postal service efficiency, public holidays, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you estimates based on our former experience. For EMS Speed Post it usually takes about 7 - 14 days alltogether, delays are usually caused by public holidays. For Airmail it usually takes about 20 days, sometimes up to 4 weeks or even longer.

Why haven't I received my order within the expected time frame?

From our former experience, there are three possible situations that could occur with your order:

Deliverance delay (most probable)
The international shipment of an order is a process that includes a series of several steps, any of which can contribute to a delay in delivery. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in country of origin, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (which includes customs clearance), the local and national postal service in destination country, etc. Each step has an impact on the deliverance time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any step in between is enough to extend deliverance time over the estimated deliverance time frame. From our former experiences, shipments to one and the same destination have been delivered in as little time as 3 business days and in as much time as 6 weeks.

Customs Detention
Even though we ship with maximum discretion and have high success rate in delivery, there is still a possibility and risk with international shipping, that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, the ordered products are subjected to: release (successful shipment), partial confiscation or full confiscation. In the case of confiscation, a seizure notification will be sent to the receiver by the customs agency or import authority in charge requesting the buyer that he/she must show a prescription or provide a case that the drugs ordered are medically necessary. Failure to respond is not an offense, and (in the case of non-response) the shipment will be returned to us, and we will give you a refund if you send us a copy of this notification letter.

Lost and Misdelivered Orders (least probable)
Very seldom, but can unfortunately happen. The most likely reason is an incorrect shipping address, also possible, but much less likely, is mishandling by postal service.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. However, for registered mail you will be sent a notification to pick up the shipment at your post office.

Is a signature required for shipping?

For registered shipment, there is normally a signature required upon delivery. For unregistered shipment, there is no requirement for a signature upon delivery.
